Agent: Chemicals found in Saudi man's apartment

Prosecutors used scores of photographs to show jurors chemicals and other materials that FBI agents found inside of the apartment of a Saudi man accused of gathering bomb components at his Texas apartment.

Photos presented Friday showed bottles of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, and other materials that included wiring, Christmas lights and a hazmat suit that 22-year-old Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari (KAH'-lihd ah-lee-EHM' al-duh-SAHR'-ee) allegedly ordered online before his arrest in February 2011.

Defense attorney Dan Cogdell elicited testimony that none of the bottles had been opened and were still sealed when seized by the agents.

Cogdell contended his client never had a specific plan to use a bomb.

Aldawsari faces up to life in prison if convicted of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.

Testimony resumes Monday.
