LAS VEGAS -- Three people in a small car are reported to be hurt after a crash involving a school bus loaded with students near a high school in northwest Las Vegas.

Las Vegas fire spokesman Tim Szymanski says none of the passengers aboard the full-sized yellow bus was seriously injured.

Firefighters worked to free injured people from the car after the 6:40 a.m. crash at a cross street about a block from Centennial High School.

KLAS-TV showed Las Vegas police interviewing students from the bus while firefighters worked to free people from the car.

A Clark County School District spokesman says school officials are investigating.
