Napa County authorities have arrested a 21-year-old suspected of breaking into House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi's home in California's wine country.

Sheriff's Capt. Tracey Stuart says deputies were dispatched to the San Francisco Democrat's home outside St. Helena on Monday after receiving an alert from an alarm company.

Officers found broken glass but no suspects. No one was home at the time.

Officials say Kevin Michael Hagan was arrested Wednesday after a deputy found him at another St. Helena home where a break-in was reported.

Authorities say Hagan admitted to burglarizing six homes, including Pelosi's, since Oct. 31. He had a watch that was taken from Pelosi's home.

Stuart says investigators do not believe the break-in was politically motivated.

It was unclear if Hagan has an attorney.
