2 dead in Florida hospital shooting; suspect captured

TITUSVILLE, Fla. – A gunman entered a Florida hospital and shot and killed a patient and an employee before being arrested.

Local media says the shootings happened about 2 a.m. Sunday at the Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, which is near the Kennedy Space Center.

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey said the shooting appears to be random and that two unarmed security guards captured the suspect.

Neither the names of the suspect and victims nor a motive have been released.
