Tiger Sand-trapped By Scandal?

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, FOX NEWS HOST: Tonight: You are going to the scene of the mysterious 2:30 AM Tiger Woods car crash. Now, Tiger's neighbors, eyewitnesses, rushing to help him after the crash -- what did they see?

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Who else was there with him? And you said...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Her wife.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: His wife. Her name is Eli?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Elin.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Elin. OK. All right. And was he conscious, unconscious?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: At that point, he was snoring.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He was snoring.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: He was actually snoring.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Did she say anything to you?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No. I mean, at this point -- she was actually very quiet, just kind of in shock, you know, just kind of sitting there. She wasn't very verbal.

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Did she ask you for any help or anything?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Well, yes, when we -- when I went out there, you know, she said, Can you please help me? Can you please help me, whatever the case may be. But that's when I ran back in and got the phone, and then I ran back up.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Can you describe the injuries that you saw?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Just the -- just the lacerations that were on his lip.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: On his upper lip or bottom lip?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I couldn't tell.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I mean, it just -- between the two.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Between the two, was there -- I mean, and when you say (INAUDIBLE) was there a lot of blood?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Not a lot, no.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Not a lot.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Would it be like...

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... like he had a bloody nose or something, that kind of...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Right. Maybe if you might have bitten your lip...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... or something like that. Nothing on his shirt. Nothing on his hands. I was holding him still at one point, and I didn't get any blood on me, so...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. So you're holding his head?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I was trying to keep him still.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Just to make sure...

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Exactly. Did you see any broken bones...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... or anything like that?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No. No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Did you smell any alcohol on him?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No alcohol, no any other kind of drug whatsoever. None.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Zero.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Zero.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Did you get close enough that you think you would have smelled any...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Definitely.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: ... (INAUDIBLE) drink?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. And you did not smell it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Not at all.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Did you (INAUDIBLE) did either one of you see a golf club out there near the vehicle...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE) area?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I saw two sitting in the seat of the golf cart.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Two golf clubs. Do you recall seeing any glass out there in the area of the vehicle?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No. We didn't see any glass at all.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Did anyone -- did anyone ever tell you or did you ever hear anyone mention anything about someone possibly knocking a window out of the vehicle with a golf club?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, sir. Again, they verbally did not speak to us at all.

VAN SUSTEREN: Tiger's problems are growing by the day, multiple alleged affairs. The golfer who introduced Tiger to his wife is flat-out furious.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JESPER PARNEVIK, GOLFER: I would feel especially sad about it since I'm kind of -- feel (INAUDIBLE) sorry for Elin since me and my wife are at fault hooking her up with him. And we (INAUDIBLE) was a better guy than (INAUDIBLE) And I would probably (INAUDIBLE) apologize to her and hope she uses the driver next time, and then the three iron, obviously.

When you're world's best athlete, you should think a bit more before you do stuff and maybe not just do it, like Nike says.

VAN SUSTEREN: Ouch! Well, now TMZ reports that Tiger used a childhood friend as cover for a secret rendezvous with a mistress. TMZ's executive producer Harvey Levin went "On the Record."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

VAN SUSTEREN: Harvey, nice to see you. And what is going on with Tiger Woods?

HARVEY LEVIN, TMZ.COM: Wow. That's a broad question, so to speak, Greta. There is a whole lot going on in his world. A lot of women are coming forward. But the notable one is Rachel. Rachel is the one who initially said she did not have the affair, that "The National Enquirer" was lying. She was going to hold a news conference today. We know she was going to say, Look, I lied when I said I didn't have the affair and I did it to protect Tiger Woods.

We are told that it was Rachel that triggered the fight that Tiger had with his wife that ultimately ended in the car crash, that he had been texting her early that morning. His wife saw Tiger texting, said, What are you doing, saw what he was doing, then ended up taking the phone, actually talking with Rachel on the phone for a time. And ultimately, Tiger stormed out of the house. There was a fight. The phone broke. We're told there was damage to the vestibule in the house, which is why the cops couldn't come in. He didn't want them in there to see it. And she is kind at the center of a lot of what happened here.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right. Every time I go to TMZ.com, I see a new update. But for those who haven't been on TMZ all day long, tell me, who is this Rachel? How does he know Rachel?

LEVIN: Rachel basically was kind of a planner at a hotel nightclub in Las Vegas who at times would actually organize parties in the various lounges, and Tiger occasionally showed up at those But they met. We know they went to Australia together. She actually went to Australia. And the trip, ironically, was booked by a guy who works for Tiger, a childhood friend of Tiger's, and it was booked using his credit card.

And ultimately, he flew down with her to Australia. They met up with Tiger, stayed while he was in the Masters last month. And she had been seeing Tiger Woods. And we know as recently, Greta, as last night, Rachel had a half-hour conversation on the phone with Tiger Woods.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right. So Rachel is now represented by, of course -- how could we doubt this one? -- Gloria Allred. And so she -- Rachel has a conversation, as you report on TMZ.com, last night with Tiger Woods. But why was the press conference canceled this morning? Because Gloria likes those press conferences.

LEVIN: Gloria likes the press conferences, but I have to tell you, Gloria is a strategist. She's a good lawyer. And I don't think this has to do with Gloria necessarily wanting to pull the plug. We have information about what this is about, Greta, and it's -- you know, I know there have been reports out thee about, you know, she was paid a million dollars for hush money. It's not the case. And we are going to post something earlier in the morning on what really happened here, but it is not what you think and it's not what's being reported.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right. Do we get a little tease, or do we have to wait until TMZ.com puts it up? Can we have at least a little tease for the viewers?

LEVIN: I'm going to be really honest with you. If it were somebody else, I might give you a little tease, but I know the way you operate and I know you'll pull more out of me than I'll want and I'll regret getting out (ph) of the chair, so I'm not going to tell you anything, Greta, because you're too good. Sorry.

VAN SUSTEREN: Oh, you're so mean. That's very painful. All right, are there other women?

LEVIN: Yes. They're -- I mean, they're -- they are coming out of the woodwork right now. And you know, look, I wasn't there, and you know, we're not bedroom police. But there are people who are coming forward, you know, some of them are verifiable just in terms of, you know, the voicemails and everything else that we're hearing. But you know, you're going to see other women, plenty of them, coming forward. And then the issue is, who's telling the truth and who's jumping on the train?

VAN SUSTEREN: You know, it's so sad because he was -- you know, he was such a role model and he -- you know, so many people admired him. And I can't even imagine the pain his wife is going through. What do they have, two small children?

LEVIN: Yes, they have two small children. And you know, it really is sad. And you know -- and in some ways, you know, he's been quiet. I said something on the show and I've just kind of been blasted for this, that in some -- in an odd sort of way, Tiger has acted nobly, trying to protect her, rather than just getting out there and trying to deal with his own reputation. But...

VAN SUSTEREN: Yes, you will get attacked. You will get attacked for that one because, you know, it's sort of like the idea of people say the media is being terrible to Tiger Woods and sort of the thought is maybe Tiger should have, you know, watched his own conduct before he started lashing out, you know, or before he's -- before people start defending him.

LEVIN: I get -- I get the point. I simply -- I just simply raised it because there are so many celebrities that will throw everybody under the bus just to protect their reputation. And it's not like it's the highest form of nobility, but at least he didn't do that.

VAN SUSTEREN: Indeed. All right, TMZ.com. All right, I'm going to log on early because I want to know what you're teasing us with tonight. Harvey, always nice to see you.

LEVIN: Good seeing you, Greta. See you.

VAN SUSTEREN: Thank you, Harvey.
