(END VIDEO CLIP)

VAN SUSTEREN: Kim Kardashian joins us. Nice to see you, Kim.

KARDASHIAN: Nice to see you.

VAN SUSTEREN: Do you have any idea how many people have e-mailed me, called me, stopped by to see me because I'm interviewing you?

KARDASHIAN: Really?

VAN SUSTEREN: What is it about you?

KARDASHIAN: It's so surreal when people say that, because I think that my life is still the same as it was years ago. I do not think I never really realized what has been going on.

But I think people are into the show because on the show, there are so many of us, and there are so many different personalities that I feel like people can relate to one of us on the show. I get emails from people saying, "I wish I had sisters like you guys," or, "I have so many sisters and we're just you." So people can relate in some way.

VAN SUSTEREN: But there is a little more to it. You have got your new fragrance line. You are ambitious beyond the reality show. It is not just put a camera in the family house and run it around. You have a jewelry line.

KARDASHIAN: I think with the show, I think that even though that is our primary job, I guess you would say, to me, that is secondary in my business world. I have always worked in my father's office growing up for six years, when I was in high school.

VAN SUSTEREN: Your father was a lawyer. We talked about it off camera.

KARDASHIAN: Yes. So I have always been a really ambitious and always had a really strong work ethic. And right before my father passed away, he said to me, "I am not worried about you. I know you'll be financially OK, mentally OK, and I know you have a business sense, and no matter what you do, you will be OK."

And I just have taken back, and I feel lazy when I am not working. So there are so many areas I want to do and so many different areas I want to be in. And I feel really blessed that this show has given us that vehicle to make that happen.

VAN SUSTEREN: How are you different from your two sisters?

KARDASHIAN: We are all so different. Kourtney, I'm very ambitious, they are too. Khloe really wants it and she is figuring it all out, and she is coming into her own. And Kourtney is just along for the ride.

We are all very work-oriented. We have our clothing store, Dash, and we are designing for the line Bebe that comes out in the spring, as well.

But then we also have -- I am more of a girlie-girl. Khloe is more of a tomboy. We are very different. We have different body types. We look different. We act really different. There are so many things that unite us as sisters. But I think our personalities completely set us apart.

VAN SUSTEREN: When you do the reality show, does it feel intrusive at all, do you think I would really not like to do that, or is it fun? What is your thought on that?

KARDASHIAN: From the start we had said as a family, if we are going to do this reality show and having Ryan Seacrest as a boss, when we first met everyone, from the start we said if we're going to do this, we're going to show everything.

And with the comfortability of my mom being an executive producer, and we know if there is something we are uncomfortable with, we can change that and make sure it is not shown. But we have never done that.

VAN SUSTEREN: So none of this is staged? This is really the way it is.

KARDASHIAN: This is really the way it is. And I think we even get a little bit crazier when the cameras stop. I think sometimes we just try to hold it together, so it is completely not staged at all.

VAN SUSTEREN: Do you watch it?

KARDASHIAN: We all get together every Sunday and watch it.

VAN SUSTEREN: Do you ever cringe. I mean, I don't always like to watch "On the Record." Sometimes I think I could do something better, so I do not know how you feel.

KARDASHIAN: We feel that these are our home movies. We feel we are so lucky to have all of this and capture it all on camera and be able to have these memories for us.

Our family is really sentimental and nostalgic, and we are really big on memories. And we do look back on certain fights that we have, and it will bring up those feelings, and I will get mad all over again, because I know I am right, and my sister were arguing with me and they still don't see my point.

VAN SUSTEREN: All right, with the fragrance, how much are you involved with the fragrance and the jewelry? Are they using your name and star power, or are you hands on?

KARDASHIAN: Every project that I'm involved in, I will not -- I spent hours at Bebe yesterday seeing every piece, feeling the fabrics, making all of these changes. I am heavily involved in everything I do. I am a workaholic, and I designed the bottle -- the fragrance, the bottles, helped with the ad campaign. From start to finish, I am fully involved.

VAN SUSTEREN: Who do you admire?

KARDASHIAN: I admire my mom.

VAN SUSTEREN: Why.

KARDASHIAN: Because I know how tough I am as the one person she manages.

VAN SUSTEREN: Are you a tough kid to raise?

KARDASHIAN: I'm not. I'm very easy with her.

VAN SUSTEREN: How about the other two?

KARDASHIAN: They are tough with her. My mom and I are twins, like our personalities, so we get along better than the rest of them.

VAN SUSTEREN: What do you want to do in five years or 10 years? Will this last forever?

KARDASHIAN: Obviously, nothing lasts forever, so I am having so much fun right now while it lasts. And hopefully in five or 10 years, I will be married with kids.

But I think I will always be in the fashion business and I love the diet and fitness business. I am heavily involved in the steps of those. And my fitness DVDs, health and fitness, you always you want to maintain being in your best shape and feeling good and looking good, and I think that is always the business I will be in.

VAN SUSTEREN: Are you chased by paparazzi?

KARDASHIAN: Yes.

VAN SUSTEREN: Even coming over here?

KARDASHIAN: Yes.

VAN SUSTEREN: Do you like that or hate that?

KARDASHIAN: I am moving.

VAN SUSTEREN: So you can hide from them? We shouldn't tell them. She is not moving. That is a lie.

KARDASHIAN: I am moving to a gated community where they can't get in.

VAN SUSTEREN: She is moving to another state.

Anyway, well, best of luck with the jewelry, the fragrance, the reality show.

KARDASHIAN: Shoes.

VAN SUSTEREN: Shoes. You are exhausting. You make me feel lazy.

KARDASHIAN: I will send you a big care package of all of the products.

VAN SUSTEREN: That's great. I will enjoy that. It's nice to talk to you.

KARDASHIAN: Thank you, you too.
