Trump on President Obama Saying Events Like the School Shooting on Oregon 'Should Be Politicized'

It's really wrong. You know, he's been the great divider. I've been saying it, other people have been saying it. He has truly been, as you know, the great divider, and it's just more of the same. And he's using it for his own purposes having to do with guns, not a big Second Amendment man, to put it mildly. And the truth is, this stuff is going to happen. I was on a show this morning. I said this is going to happen, whether we like it or not. People are going to slip through the cracks. They're mentally ill. There's a huge mental illness problem, and it's very sad. When you look at it, it's very sad, Eric. It's what's gone on....

Trump on Putin

He's respected, unlike our President. I didn't say he's a good leader. I don't take any issue with good, bad, or indifferent. But he's certainly a respected leader, he's respected in his country. He's actually liked in his country, which is hard to believe because he's essentially a dictator. And he's actually liked in his country. They do polls that are done by our companies, it's not even done by him. And I think there's an 80 percent approval rating, which is -- you know, any politician in this country would love to have. The truth is that he is strong and he's tough, and he's making our President look very bad.

Trump on the Syrian Refugee Crisis

So I heard about three weeks ago when I saw the migration, as they call it, and they were talking about 3,000 people coming here. And then they didn't say who are, where are they coming from, do they have papers. But, you know, 3,000 people and you can sort of say, well, maybe we should do on a humanitarian bit. Then I heard 10, then I heard 25. Now I'm hearing 200,000 people. And, Eric, if you look at this migration, it's mostly men. And they look like young men and strong men. They look like fighters. The first thing I said is, why aren't they fighting for their own country, Syria? If it's Syria. If they in fact even come from Syria. Then I said, how are we going to take 200,000 people? This could be one of the great military coups of all time. If they send them to our country, young, strong, people, and they turn out to be ISIS -- now probably that won't happen, but some of them definitely in my opinion will be ISIS.

Trump on What Sets His Tax Plan Apart From Jeb Bush's

It's a much more dynamic plan than his. It's a bigger plan, it's a bolder plan, much more dynamic. It's bigger tax cuts for the middle class and for, you know, really for the works. Because we have to bring back the middle class in this country, Eric. It's a -- I think really the best words I can describe, it's a very dynamic plan. It's going to bring jobs back. We're going to really do something great with that plan. And I think they wished they probably thought of it. But it's not, it's not, it's not at all.

Trump Responds to Hillary Clinton's Comment That He Appeals to 'Worst Instincts of Human Nature'

Well, she's become very mean, very nasty. She's become a very different kind of a person and she's getting beat up very badly. She might not even be allowed to run. And, you know, the e-mail situation has been a disaster for her. Why she did it, I -- I, you know, I mean it's just so stupid to it. It was stupid. When you get right down to it, you could say it was crooked, it was dishonest, and it is all of these things, but above all it was stupid that she did it. I mean she must have known she was going to get caught, especially if she's thinking about running for President, and she does this? So, yeah, she's become nasty and she criticizes me because I'm by far, as you will agree, the frontrunner by a lot. And she criticizes me, and that's OK. I mean that goes with the territory. supported everybody. You know, when I was in the world of business -- now can you believe it? For three months I've been a politician. I'm almost embarrassed to say that. Three months I've been a politician, but when I supported, I supported everybody. Because one of the magazines said that the other day, the world-class businessman. I was a world-class businessman. I've built a great company, an unbelievable company, all over the world, and I get along with everybody. I get along with Democrats, with Republicans, I get along with everybody. But now I'm in a different world and, if you look at Hillary's record, it was terrible as Secretary of State in particular. It was terrible. I mean I wouldn't say she'll go down as the worst, maybe Kerry's going to beat her because he was more responsible for this horrible deal with Iran. But Hillary did a terrible job. All you have to do is look at the world. The world imploded during her administration, during her time as Secretary of State.
