Let's all go "Off the Record" about ISIS. What is everyone waiting for? They all agree. Many nations leaders say ISIS is evil.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: ISIL is a terror organization. Pure and simple.

DAVID CAMERON, BRITISH PRIME MINISTER: They are not must Muslims, they are monsters.

TONY ABBOTT, AUSTRALIAN PRIME MINISTER: This particular terrorist group does not just do evil but exhorts and do evil.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

And our military, current and retired, and cabinet, what do they think?

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JOHN KERRY, SECRETARY OF STATE: ISIL must be defeated, period.

CHUCK HAGEL, DEFENSE SECRETARY: Oh, this is beyond anything that we've seen.

MARTIN DEMPSEY, CHAIRMAN OF JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF: This is an organization that has an apocalyptic that end of days strategic vision.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

Yes, ISIS is evil and that's not all. Even our -- well, our foe, Russia -- the Russian ambassador to the U.N. told us this last night:

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

VITALY CHURKIN, RUSSIAN AMBASSADOR TO THE U.N.: They are a horrible terrorist organization and from the outset for years, I've been saying the main threat in the region is terrorism.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

Here's the giant problem: ISIS can't be beaten from the air. Everyone agrees to that, too, that they can't be beaten from the air. Yet, no one wants to bite the bullet and do what really has to be done to destroy, not manage, this evil. Meanwhile, ISIS grows and grows at lightning speed.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

OLIVER NORTH, U.S. MARINE CORPS: The folks on the ground right now say it's going to take six to 12 months to train, equip, vet and then send back into the field this so-called free Syrian army. It's got a member 5,000 people. By the time they get back from being trained in Saudi Arabia, you'll have 45 to 50,000 ISIS fighters. It's a formula for disaster.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

Do the math. We better step it up. And while it would be great if the world showed courage and all joined in, we simply can't wait. This is a malignant cancer.

You'll hear much more from the Colonel Oliver North and others about the danger posted by this brutal terrorist group in a special edition of "Greta Investigates: ISIS." That's tomorrow night at 7:00 P.M. Eastern right here and that's my "Off the Record" comment tonight.
