Utrecht, Netherlands (SportsNetwork.com) - Mustafa Saymak and Fred Benson scored two goals apiece at the IJsseldelta Stadion on Sunday as Zwolle smashed Den Haag, 6-1.

Saymak logged the first two goals of the contest, striking in the 22nd and 38th minutes, while Benson doubled Zwolle's advantage with goals in the 45th and 54th minutes.

Den Haag pulled one back through Mathias Gehrt in the 62nd, but Zwolle added two more goals as Bram van Polen and Giovanni Hiwat made sure of the three points.

Zwolle climbs up to third place in the Eredivisie by improving to 18 points on the season, bringing the club level with PSV Eindhoven following its 1-0 loss to Groningen on Sunday.

Den Haag stays third from bottom in the table on seven points.

AZ Alkmaar netted three unanswered goals at the AFAS Stadion on Sunday to get a 3-1 victory over Cambuur. Michiel Hemmen had opened the scoring for the visitors, but Roy Beerens equalized for Alkmaar in the 34th minute before brace from Aron Johansson granted the home side all three points.

Also on Sunday, Jens Jurn Streutker struck three minutes from time to see Heracles get a point from a 1-1 draw with 10-man NEC.
