Two of the UFC's best up-and-coming featherweights are set to go toe-to-toe when Mexico's Yair Rodriguez takes on Alex "Bruce Leeroy" Caceres in the main event of the UFC's debut in Salt Lake City, Utah on Aug. 6.

The fight was announced on Wednesday's episode of UFC Tonight and confirmed by the UFC shortly thereafter.

Caceres, 27, has on back-to-back fights in impressive fashion since making the move to featherweight. In a last fight, a unanimous decision over Cole Miller, Caceres dominated all facets of the game and showed he was ready for the next rung of UFC featherweight fighters.

His opponent, Rodriguez, is one of the promotion's brightest talents and will be looking to keep his four fight UFC win streak going in Salt Lake City. Rodriguez, winner of the inaugural season of The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America, is an incredibly dynamic striker, having more than doubled his opponents output in all of his fights outside of TUF.

The event will mark both fighters' first time in the marquee spot.

UFC Tonight also announced the following fights:

Cub Swanson vs. Tatsuya Kawajiri
