The Chicago White Sox agreed to terms with pitchers Donnie Veal and Jose Quintana on Thursday.

The 27-year-old Veal hasn't pitched in the majors since 2009, when he went 1-0 with a 7.16 ERA in 19 appearances with the Pirates.

Quintana, 22, spent last season with Single-A Tampa in the Yankees farm system, going 10-2 with a 2.91 ERA and one save in 30 games (14 starts).
