Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - The Chicago White Sox made a flurry of roster moves on Saturday, including placing outfielder Adam Eaton on the 15- day disabled list.

Eaton left Friday night's 12-5 loss to Cleveland in the fourth inning with a strained right hamstring.

In his first season with the White Sox, he is hitting .276 with five doubles, a triple, a home run, and 14 RBI across 25 games. He is tied for seventh in the American League with 20 runs scored.

Chicago also recalled left-handed pitcher Frank De Los Santos, who has never played in the majors. He has made eight relief appearances this season between Triple-A Charlotte and Double-A Birmingham and has gone 1-0 with a 0.63 ERA.

The White Sox claimed outfielder Moises Sierra off waivers from Toronto and transferred pitcher Nate Jones from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list.

Sierra was designated for assignment by the Blue Jays on Thursday after going 2-for-34 (.059) at the plate with two RBI and two runs scored in 13 games this season.
