Bremen, Germany (SportsNetwork.com) - Werder Bremen announced Friday that the club has signed winger Ludovic Obraniak from Bordeaux on a two-and-a-half year deal.
The 29-year-old, who was born in France and has spent his career in Ligue 1, can play as either an attacking midfielder or winger.
Obraniak, a Poland international, has made 32 appearances for his country and played in all three matches of the group stage in Euro 2012. He is not feature in Saturday's Bundesliga match at Augbsurg.
