Just in time for Game 5 of the ALDS on Wednesday night between the Kansas City Royals and the Houston Astros, a local high school choir busted out an appropriately themed parody of Lorde's breakout 2013 single 'Royals'.

The song became a bit of a phenomenon when it was released a few years back, and became even bigger as the Royals slammed through their unexpected and exhilarating postseason run in 2014. Now, one calendar year later, there's another version for fans to enjoy.

Below, hear and watch the rendition put together by Libby Lane Academy in Lees Summit, MO, which includes amusing lines such as, 'Cut my teeth on Series rings...in the '80s' and 'I'm quite proud of my address, in the crazy town of Kansas City':

And don't forget, the game airs on FS1!
