The Gators traveled to Lexington and snuck out with a tough 14-9 victory over Kentucky. It marked the 29th-straight victory over the Wildcats. It's the longest such streak currently for one FBS opponent over another.

While this contest didn't include an array of offensive fireworks, Florida's defense looked dominant. It held an explosive UK offense to only 241 yards of total offense. Kentucky quarterback Patrick Towles was plagued by two interceptions and constant pressure up front from Florida's defensive line.
