Davis, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - UC Davis football announced an 11-game 2014 schedule on Monday that it called the most difficult in program history.
Two of the Aggies' three non-conference games are against FBS opponents, Aug. 30 at Stanford and Sept. 13 at Colorado.
Coach Ron Gould's Big Sky Conference squad, which finished 5-7 last season, will play five home games. The Aggies will host Division II Fort Lewis in a non-conference game and then conference opponents Eastern Washington (Sept. 27), Montana State (Oct. 11, Homecoming), Northern Colorado (Nov. 1) and rival Sacramento State (Nov. 22) in the 61st annual Causeway Classic.
In addition, the Aggies will visit Big Sky teams Portland State (Oct. 4), Montana (Oct. 18), Northern Arizona (Nov. 8) and Cal Poly (Nov. 15).
