Twins' Morneau goes on DL

Minnesota Twins designated hitter Justin Morneau was put on the 15-day disabled list due to a sore right wrist.

The Twins made the move following a 7-0 loss to Seattle Saturday night.

Morneau, who is hitting .230 with four homers and nine RBI this season, hasn't played since April 30.

The team also announced they will recall left-handed pitcher Scott Diamond on Monday and will select the contract of infielder Brian Dozier on Monday as well.
