Twente moved to within two points 1 win at De Graafschap on Wednesday.

The visitors had lost their last two matches and fell behind inside of two minutes when Soufian El Hassanaoui put the home side ahead.

But the surprising lead lasted 17 minutes before Roberto Rosales finished off a cross from Nacer Chadli to level the match.

Twente went in front early in the second half after Willem Janssen intercepted a pass and played Leroy Fer into the penalty area, allowing him to slot home his fifth goal of the campaign.

Any chance De Graafschap had of coming back took a major hit in the 58th minute when Rogier Meijer was sent off after picking up his second yellow card.

The hosts have now lost four straight and remain on the bottom of the league, 12 points adrift of escaping the bottom three.
