Kiradech Aphibarnrat of Thailand shot a day best 8 under 64 to join Raphael Jacquelin and Henrik Stenson at the top of the leaderboard after the second round of the BMW International Open on Friday.

Aphibarnrat had seven birdies and an eagle on the par-5 No. 13 in his late charge as the three leaders finished at 11 under.

Jacquelin of France shot 4 under, while Stenson was 7 under for the day despite still being bothered by a right-knee injury. The Swede won the event in 2006 and was runner-up the last two seasons.

Masters champion Danny Willett missed the cut after shooting 2 under.

Switzerland's Thorbjoern Olesen was one shot behind the leaders, with Zander Lombard of South Africa two shots off the lead.
