The Texas Longhorns headline the field for the CBI, which was announced Sunday.

The CBI is made up of 16 at-large teams. There will be three rounds of single elimination before the two finalists play a best-of-three series. All of the tournament's games are at home sites.

The Longhorns will play Houston in their first game and the winner of that contest will advance to play the victor of the George Mason/College of Charleston contest. On the lower portion of the bracket, Western Illinois takes on Purdue, with the winner of that one playing the survivor of the Vermont/Santa Clara tilt.

On the other side of the bracket, Tulsa takes on Wright State, with the winner playing either Richmond or Bryant. On the lower half, Lehigh will tangle with Wyoming and the victor will match up with either North Dakota State or Western Michigan.

The tournament kicks off with first-round games Tuesday and Wednesday. The first installment of the final series is April 1.

Pittsburgh downed Washington State 2-1 in the championship series to win last year's CBI.
