Houston, TX – The Houston Texans signed fullback Greg Jones on Wednesday.
Jones spent the past nine years with the Jaguars, amassing 911 yards and 10 touchdowns on 270 carries during his time in Jacksonville. In addition, the Florida State product caught 68 passes for 437 yards and three scores.
The 31-year-old blocked for Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew in recent years. Overall, Jones helped Jacksonville running backs eclipse the 1,000-yard mark in a season five times.
