"Ben hasn't experienced any resurface of any discomfort from his concussion since Friday," Tomlin told reporters.

"All indications are he will be a full participant tomorrow (in practice) and prepare and ultimately play in the game on Sunday."

Tomlin said five-times Pro Bowl safety Troy Polamalu, who has missed the last two games with a knee injury, would probably not be ready for the Raiders.

"Troy is still a week or so away," said Tomlin. "I would characterize him as doubtful for this game."

The Steelers, last season's Super Bowl champions, are 6-5 and have lost three straight games.
