Starting lineup: Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway

The Chase drivers continued to show the way during Friday's qualifying session at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Carl Edwards was fastest in the day's opening practice session and ended Round 3 of qualifying atop the leaderboard.

Kevin Harvick was second fastest, followed by Kurt Busch, Brad Keselowski and Jimmie Johnoson.

Clint Bowyer was the only Chase driver that failed to advance past the first round of knockout qualifying. Bowyer will start Sunday's race from the 26th spot.

Travis Kvapil was the only driver that failed to qualify for the race.
