Dallas Stars goaltender Kari Lehtonen left Tuesday's game against the Los Angeles Kings with a lower-body injury.

Just 14:18 into the game, Lehtonen left the contest and was replaced in net by Richard Bachman, who stopped all 22 shots he faced the rest of the way in a 5-1 Dallas win.

Coming into the contest, Lehtonen had played in 30 games on the season and posted a 14-11-2 mark with one shutout, a 2.66 goals against average and a .916 save percentage.

The team announced after the game that Lehtonen will be re-evaluated on Wednesday.
