Hendrick Motorsports rookie Chase Elliott led Saturday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series final practice at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Elliott laid down the fastest time at 131.347 miles per hour in preparation for Sunday's New Hampshire 301.

Joe Gibbs Racing teammates Denny Hamlin (131.302 mph) and Matt Kenseth (131.044 mph) were right behind Elliott, followed by Kevin Harvick (130.941 mph) and another JGR Toyota of Kyle Busch (130.891 mph) to complete the top five.

Subbing for Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the No. 88 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet, Alex Bowman had the 22nd best time of the session at 129.701 mph around the Magic Mile.
