Columbia, SC – South Carolina's Brenton Williams will miss to-4 weeks after suffering a sprained left knee.
The school made the announcement on Tuesday, after university medical staff made their evaluation of the junior forward.
Williams sustained the injury during the first half of Sunday's 64-63 loss to Tennessee State.
A native of central Florida, Williams had posted 8.0 points and 1.5 rebounds in 15 minutes per contest in the early going.
