Following a disappointing 8-8 season in Rex Ryan's first year, the Buffalo Bills have stayed relatively busy with regards to their coaching staff and front office. The team brought in Rob Ryan as an assistant head coach and signed general manager Doug Whaley to a contract extension.

The moves continued on Tuesday, this time with regards to Ryan's staff. FOX Sports NFL insider Alex Marvez is reporting that defensive backs coach Donnie Henderson won't be back with the team in 2016 and interviewed with the Colts on Monday. Current defensive coordinator Dennis Thurman is expected to work more with the defensive backs in place of Henderson.

Henderson has done a great job with the Bills' defensive backs in recent years. Stephon Gilmore is viewed as one of the top young cornerbacks in the league, as is Ronald Darby. The two combined to give the Bills one of the best duos in the NFL this season.
