Seattle, WA – Seattle Sounders FC has agreed to terms with Entry Process Stage 2 Draft in December.
The 27-year-old has spent the past five seasons with D.C. United and he appeared in 17 games for the club last season.
"I'm excited to take another step forward in my career and to play again for Sigi in Seattle," Burch said. "Seattle has made an impact during its short history since coming into league. I've always respected the way the Sounders played and I just want to help push them further."
Burch is a veteran of six MLS seasons and has totaled three goals and 10 assists while featuring in 103 regular season games, including 81 starts.
