Count Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett among those piling on Panthers quarterback Cam Newton in the aftermath of Super Bowl 50.

While accepting an award for male sports star of the year in the Seattle area, Bennett jabbed Newton in an address to fellow nominees that included Mariners outfielder Nelson Cruz and Sounders FC forward Clint Dempsey, per the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.

The ribbing didn't stop there. Backstage after the show, Bennett got in another diss of Newton, saying that he would've dove for the loose ball that the quarterback seemingly shied away from in the fourth quarter. Newton shouldn't be too offended as Bennett seemed to be full of one-liners throughout the night.
