Metairie, LA (SportsNetwork.com) - New Orleans Saints rookie safety Kenny Vaccaro was put on injured reserve Wednesday due to a broken ankle he suffered in Sunday's loss to the Panthers.
The team also signed cornerback Terrence Frederick from the Cleveland Browns practice squad. They also inked wide receiver Charles Hawkins to the practice squad and released wide receiver Chris Williams from the squad.
The Saints have a 10-5 record, but have yet to clinch a playoff spot going into their final regular season game at home against Tampa Bay.
