BEREA, Ohio – Browns starting running back Trent Richardson is not practicing as the team opens minicamp.
The second-year pro sat out Cleveland's final set of OTAs last week with a lower right leg strain, and is continuing to rehabilitate that injury.
Richardson is riding an exercise bike between the practice fields Tuesday during the first session of the three-day camp. He was the third overall draft pick in 2012 out of Alabama, and rushed for a team-high 950 yards as a rookie.
Cleveland coach Rob Chudzinski will update Richardson's status following the two-hour practice.
