Houston, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - The Houston Rockets signed former Detroit Pistons forward Josh Smith on Friday.
The Pistons waived Smith on Monday, less than two years into a four-year, $54 million contract.

For his career, Smith has averages of 15.4 points and 7.8 rebounds in 781 games with the Atlanta Hawks and Pistons.
