(SportsNetwork.com) - The San Francisco 49ers will place linebacker Patrick Willis on season-ending injured reserve, multiple media outlets reported Tuesday.
The seven-time Pro Bowler has missed the 49ers' last three games with a toe injury suffered in a win at St. Louis on Oct. 13.
Willis registered 34 tackles and one interception in six games this season.
