The Tennessee Titans have the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft. They also have a franchise QB.

The Philadelphia Eagles have neither of those things, but perhaps not for long.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Eagles have discussed internally the prospect of trading up to get the No. 1 pick from the Titans, who have been clear that they are willing to listen to offers.

The Eagles already made on trade to move up from the 13th pick in the draft to the No. 8 pick but apparently realize that the draft's top QB won't be available at that point.

North Dakota State's Carson Wentz has been rumored to be a favorite of Eagles coach Doug Pederson and is likely to be the first or second QB taken in the draft, with Cal's Jared Goff being the other.
