Cincinnati Bengals running back Cedric Benson will reportedly serve 20 days in jail after settling two misdemeanor assault cases in Texas on Monday.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Benson pleaded no contest for assault in a 2010 incident involving an employee in an Austin bar. He also resolved the assault charge from July 17 involving an incident with a former roommate.

The report indicates that Benson will turn himself in on October 17, one day after the Bengals play a home game against the Colts. The team has a bye the following week.

Benson should miss only one or two practices and should be back in time for Cincinnati's game at Seattle on October 30.
