Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is on track to make it back onto the field for the team's Week 7 game against Kansas City, according to a report.

Roethlisberger is progressing well from the knee injury he suffered in Week 3 in St. Louis, and is already off crutches, according to Jason La Canfora of Roethlisberger appears to be on his way toward meeting the low end of the initial 4-to-6 week timeline that many reports suggested when he was diagnosed with a sprained MCL and bone bruise in his left knee.

If Roethlisberger does make it back for the Kansas City game on Oct. 25, he will have missed four games. Michael Vick made his first start for Pittsburgh last Thursday night, a 23-20 overtime loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
