Richmond, VA – The Washington Redskins terminated the contract of wide receiver Devery Henderson.
Henderson, who signed with the Redskins in the offseason, spent the first nine years of his career with the New Orleans Saints, catching 245 passes for 4,377 yards and 20 touchdowns.
A second-round pick of the Saints in 2004, Henderson had his best season in 2008, hauling in 32 passes for 793 yards and three touchdowns.
