St. Louis Rams wide receiver Stedman Bailey has been suspended four games for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.

Bailey's suspension, announced by the NFL and the Rams on Monday, will keep him out of the lineup through a Dec. 6 matchup versus Arizona. He will be eligible to return inl Week 14.

A third-round draft pick out of West Virginia in 2013, Bailey has only 12 receptions for 182 yards and a touchdown in eight games. He had a career-best 30 catches in 14 games last season.
