Green Bay Packers cornerback Quinten Rollins participated in his first training camp practice on Monday, after missing the first three practices with hamstring soreness. The team announced his return to the field on Twitter.
Rollins, a second-round pick in this year's draft, had been on the non-football injury (NFI) list. Now that he's back in action, he will rejoin the competition at cornerback, where the main competitors to earn a starting job opposite Sam Shields are Casey Hayward, Micah Hyde and first-round rookie Damarious Randall.
Even if Rollins isn't ready for a starting role, he can still contribute right away in the nickel formation and on special teams.
