Purdue hands No. 11 Michigan first home loss of season

Ann Arbor, MI – Terone Johnson poured in a career-high 22 of-12 shooting as Purdue knocked off No. 11 Michigan, 75-61, at Crisler Center on Saturday.

Robbie Hummel dropped in 17 points and pulled down nine rebounds, and Lewis Jackson added nine points and five assists for the Boilermakers (19-10, 9-7 Big Ten), who have won four of their last five contests.

Zack Novak and Trey Burke paced the Wolverines (21-8, 11-5) with 12 points apiece, while Tim Hardaway Jr. donated 10 points and grabbed six boards. Jordan Morgan added eight points and six rebounds for Michigan, which suffered its first home loss of the season.
