Nashville Predators forward Viktor Stalberg is slated to miss 3-to-4 weeks with a shoulder injury.

The Tennessean reported Stalberg has been sidelined due to a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder suffered in Tuesday's 2-0 exhibition win over Tampa Bay.

The 27-year-old Swede, who signed a $12 million, 4-year deal in free agency, finished the lockout-shortened 2013 season with nine goals and 23 points in 47 games for the Chicago Blackhawks. The fourth-year pro struggled in the postseason, however, totaling just three assists and earning a spot in the press box for the first two games of the Stanley Cup Finals.

A former sixth-round pick of Toronto back in 2006, Stalberg has collected 52 goals, 52 assists and 132 penalty minutes in 243 career appearances for the Maple Leafs and Blackhawks since 2009.
