The New England Patriots re-signed center Dan Koppen on Monday.

Koppen played just one game last season before being placed on injured reserve with a leg injury.

The 32-year-old Koppen is a veteran of nine seasons with the Patriots. He has started in 120 of 121 regular season games and 14 postseason games during that span.

Originally a fifth-round draft pick out of Boston College in the 2003 draft, Koppen has been a part of eight division championships, four conference championships and two Super Bowl titles.

In addition, the Patriots signed kicker Chris Koepplin.
