Panthers D Kulikov has knee surgery

Sunrise, FL – Florida Panthers general manager Dale Tallon announced that defenseman Dmitry Kulikov underwent knee surgery on Monday.

The Miami Herald reported the third-year blueliner will be sidelined for 6- to-8 weeks.

Kulikov was injured during Saturday's shootout win at Winnipeg but remained in the game.

The 21-year-old has registered four goals and 20 assists in 46 games this season.
