Sunrise, FL – The Florida Panthers acquired forward Krys round draft pick from the Dallas Stars in exchange for round pick Wednesday.
Barch has appeared in 263 career games -- all for Dallas -- with 10 goals, 16 assists and a minus-nine rating.
"Krys is a hard-working forward who adds further depth and competitiveness to our lineup," Panthers executive vice president and general manager Dale Tallon said in a statement.
Hauswirth has yet to appear in an NHL game in his career, but has six goals and six assists through 16 games for the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees of the CHL this season.
