One day before the London Olympics opening ceremony, the Olympics torch has taken center stage at a concert in London's Hyde Park.

After a festive, valedictory lap around London on Thursday that passed by some of the capital's most famous landmarks, the Olympic flame made its last stop before the opening ceremony.

Thousands cheered its arrival at Hyde Park, where British rapper Dizzie Rascal headlined a musical extravaganza in honor of the torch relay.

The concert also featured performances from British rockers and torch ambassadors You Me at Six, along with The Wanted and Mark Ronson.

Morning Parade, which kicked off the concert, said that one day the group would proudly tell their children about taking part in such a momentous event.
