Shizuoka, Japan (SportsNetwork.com) - David Oh carded a 2-under 70 in Sunday's final round and he hung on to win the Mitsui Sumitomo VISA Taiheiyo Masters.

Oh finished at 12-under-par 276. This was his first victory on the Japan Golf Tour.

The American tripped to a bogey at the first at the Taiheiyo Club Gotemba Course. After seven consecutive pars, he birdied the ninth to make the turn at minus-10.

Oh made it two birdies in a row at the 10th, but he gave that right back as he bogeyed No. 11. He again notched back-to-back birdies at 13 and 14. Oh faltered to a bogey on the par-3 17th, but he birdied the last to seal the victory.

Toshinori Muto shot 3-under 69 in the final round and he ended alone in second place at minus-11.

Last week's winner Tomohiro Kondo fired a 5-under 67 to jump into a share of third at 10-under 278. He was joined there by Han Lee, who closed with a 1- under 71. Wen-chong Liang grabbed fifth place at minus-9 after a closing 72.
