FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – C'eira Ricketts scored 19 points to lead No. 25 Arkansas to a 78-67 win over No. 10 Kentucky on Thursday night.
Ricketts was one of four in double figures for the Razorbacks (13-1, 1-1 Southeastern Conference), who started the season 12-0 before opening conference play with a road loss to Florida.
Arkansas was right at home against the Wildcats (11-3, 0-1), leading by 10 in the first half before pulling away in the second. The Razorbacks led 39-35 early in the second half before going on a 17-4 run to go up 56-39.
Lyndsay Harris, who added 18 points for the Razorbacks, connected on a 3-pointer to give Arkansas a 61-43 lead, its largest of the game.
Victoria Dunlap scored 26 points for Kentucky, which was coming off a loss at No. 3 Duke on Tuesday.
