Sao Paulo, Brazil – Nineteen-year-old Brazilian international and Santos forward Neymar has been named the top player in the Brasileiro.
Neymar scored 13 goals in just 21 games to capture the Bola de Ouro and Premio Craque Brasileiro awards, both player of the year awards by Brazilian magazine Placar and the Brazilian Football Confederation, respectively.
The young Brazilian claimed both awards for the first time.
