Ndamukong Suh found himself in the middle of yet another controversial play on Sunday, but it was what he didn't do that attracted attention.
Suh was unhappy that he wasn't credited with a sack after he grabbed a hold of Tyrod Taylor for a few seconds, but the play wasn't ruled dead. Taylor was able to throw the ball away and avoid the sack, much to the displeasure of Suh.
He could be heard on the television broadcast saying "I'm going to slam the f -- out of him next time" to the official, making his case that Taylor was in his grasp.
After the game, Suh explained the outburst.
"It's all about player safety," Suh said via Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post. "At the end of the day I don't want to slam the quarterback. I got him horse collared. I'm going to hold him up and make sure he doesn't throw the ball. I ran with him for five yards."
Suh, the NFL's most-fined player since coming into the league in 2010, could be forced to write a check for this one, too.
