California police are investigating allegations that L.A. Lakers star Kobe Bryant injured a man at a church because he thought the man was trying to take pictures of him and his wife.
Bryant is accused of grabbing a cellphone from a man -- hurting his wrist in the process -- at the St. Therese of Carmel Church in San Diego, a complaint reads.
He allegedly scrolled through the photos on the man’s phone, but didn’t find any of himself or his wife, Fox 5 reports.
Bryant then left the church, while the man went to a hospital to have his wrist treated. Several members of the church said they did not see the incident.
No charges have been filed against Bryant.
